Forge shops carry out all desired Metallurgical tests on raw materials to assure that we achive our physical properties on the finished products.

Turning is done on CNC machines to achive consistency on dimentions.

Gear cutting is carried out under strict control for proper fitment and matching when used.

Case hardening is done on gas carburizing furnaces to attain uniformity of case hardness and to achive a tough core.

Gear sets are shaved or lapped to reduce friction and noise level thus impoving life of the product.

100% inspection is carried on gears before shipment and duly packed for safe transit.
